Cao Song 曹嵩 was an official who served the Han.

Biography[]

Cao Song was the adopted son of Cao Teng. Many theories surround his true parentage.

Cao Cao by nature was honest and diligent. He was also loyal and filial. He served as the Colonel Director of Officers. Emperor Ling promoted him to Minister of Agriculture and Minister Herald, then replacing Cui Lie as Grand Commandant.[1]

In 221, Cao Song was posthumously titled the Grand Emperor.[1]
