Pei Wei 裴頠 was a philosopher of the Jin dynasty. He is also the author of an essay called Chong youlun 崇有論 (“Essay in Praise of Being”). Pei Songzhi makes a reference to this essay in the Book of Wei 23 in Records of the Three Kingdoms. It seems to be an opposition to an essay by Wang Bi 王弼 about the value of non-being.
Pei Wei's collected writings constituted a book with a length of 9 juan. They are lost except the two treatises Chong youlun and Xing falun 刑法論.
